Boix House

The Boix House, also known as Teotico-Crespo House, is a historic bahay na bato heritage house located in Quiapo, Manila, Philippines. Built in the 1890s, it showcases the bulaklak sa trellis architectural style prevalent during the latter part of Spanish colonial rule. Originally designed by Marciano Teotico, the house features a complex layout with multiple rooms and facilities. Notably, it survived World War II and later served as a dormitory for students, including former Philippine President Manuel Quezon. Today, the house is owned by the Society of Jesus and is undergoing restoration efforts by local civic groups, making it a point of interest for both tourists and researchers exploring Manila's rich history.
