Starbucks Reserve Roastery (flagship roastery)

The Starbucks Reserve Roastery on Pike Street is a retail roastery and tasting room where Starbucks roasts small-lot coffees onsite and presents immersive coffee experiences. The Seattle roastery opened in December 2014 and sells rare single-origin coffees, small-batch Reserve products, and bakery items. The space is designed as a multi-level visitor experience combining production, retail, and coffee education.
