The Grand Madison

The Grand Madison, originally known as the Brunswick Building, is a historic office building located at 225 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan, New York City, nestled between East 26th and 27th Streets, adjacent to Madison Square Park. Completed in 1907 and designed by architects Francis H. Kimball and Harry E. Donnell, this Renaissance Revival structure features a striking façade of multi-colored brick and contrasting limestone ornamentation. Once serving as the New York Gift Building, showcasing fine giftware, it has been transformed into 195 luxury apartments since its renovation in 2008. The building is part of the Madison Square North Historic District, making it a notable landmark in the vibrant NoMad neighborhood, known for its rich history and architectural significance.
