Eighth & Main

Eighth & Main is the tallest building in Idaho, standing at 323 feet with 18 stories. Completed in 2014, it serves as the Idaho headquarters for Zions Bank and houses various businesses, including Holland & Hart and Ruth's Chris Steak House. The site has a rich history, previously occupied by the Overland Hotel and the Eastman Building, both significant structures in Boise's past. The top floor features event spaces available for community use. Visitors can appreciate the building's modern design and its role in revitalizing a long-vacant area of downtown Boise.
