Eastgate House, Cardiff

Eastgate House, also known as Heron House, is a prominent high-rise office building located at the intersection of Newport Road and City Road in Cardiff, Wales. Completed in 1969, it stands 46 meters tall with 14 floors and has housed various organizations, including the Wales Office and Cardiff University. The building features three elevators and parking for 40 cars. In 2015, it was acquired by Maya Capital for £7 million, making it a notable landmark in the city's business landscape.
