Houston International Festival (iFest) at Eleanor Tinsley Park (historical)

The Houston International Festival, commonly called iFest, was an annual cultural festival long held at or around Eleanor Tinsley Park and adjacent Allen Parkway downtown and featured international food pavilions alongside music and arts programming. iFest ran from the 1970s until it ceased operations after the 2014 festival; food booths representing global cuisines were a regular element of the event. The festival drew vendors and attendees to the park for outdoor dining and cultural exhibitions during its run.
