Her Secret Is Patience (Janet Echelman)

Her Secret Is Patience is a large suspended public sculpture by Janet Echelman installed above Civic Space Park in downtown Phoenix in 2009. The work is constructed from knotted and braided colored fiber netting suspended on steel cables and is illuminated at night. It was commissioned for the city and is a prominent example of large-scale aerial public art in Phoenix.
