Stiftsprovstsboligen

Stiftsprovstsboligen, located at the intersection of Fiolstræde and Store Kannikestræde in Copenhagen, is the official residence of the provost of the Provostry of Our Lady–Vesterbro. This Neoclassical building, constructed between 1840 and 1841, is a listed heritage site since 1939. It has a rich history, having previously housed notable figures such as the playwright Ludvig Holberg and various theology professors. The architecture features an L-shaped design with yellow brick and a distinctive corner, making it an interesting stop for tourists and researchers alike. Today, it continues to serve as the residence for the dean of the provostry, with administrative offices located in the basement.
