Once a hotel known as Stadt Lauenborg and later Hotel Victoria, it has a rich history dating back to the 18th century. The building features unique architectural elements, including a three-storey facade with eight bays facing Store Strandstræde. Today, the ground floor houses an antique toys and dolls store, while the upper floors are occupied by offices, making it a blend of history and modern commerce.
