Discovery Park (Magnolia natural landmark)

Discovery Park is Seattle's largest city park, encompassing approximately 534 acres on a headland in the Magnolia neighborhood overlooking Puget Sound. The park includes forest, meadows, beachfront at West Point, and a 2.8-mile Loop Trail, and provides habitat for migratory birds and other wildlife. Operated by Seattle Parks and Recreation, it is a major neighborhood and citywide natural landmark used for recreation and environmental education.
