Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto at the Basilica of the National Shrine

The Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception contains a replica of the Lourdes Grotto within its grounds and devotional areas. The basilica is the largest Roman Catholic church in North America, and the grotto is one of several chapels and devotional sites inside the larger complex that visitors must enter the church to find. Because it is housed within the expansive basilica rather than as an exterior landmark, the grotto is a relatively tucked-away devotional feature.
