Royal Brewster House

The Royal Brewster House, built in 1805, is a historic Federal style home located in Buxton, Maine. It served as the residence of Dr. Royal Brewster, the town's physician for nearly 40 years, and his brother John, a notable deaf-mute painter known for his folk portraiture. The house features elegant architectural details, including a Greek Revival portico and fine Federal decorative carvings.
