Centro Administrativo Fernando Ferrari

The Centro Administrativo Fernando Ferrari is a striking pyramid-shaped modernist building located in the Praia de Belas neighborhood of Porto Alegre, Brazil. Completed in 1987, this architectural landmark houses various state public offices and is the home of the Porto Alegre Symphony Orchestra. The building's construction began in 1976, following a vision to centralize public administration in a single complex. With 21 floors and a height of 85 meters, it features two wings and was inspired by modern architecture. Notably, it hosted a world record-breaking skateboarding event in 2025, showcasing its unique design and cultural significance.
