5th Avenue Theatre

The 5th Avenue Theatre opened in 1926 as a vaudeville and movie palace and is noted for its ornate, Asian-influenced interior decoration. Restored and maintained as a major performing arts venue, it has been an important home for Broadway-style productions and touring shows in Seattle. The theater is recognized locally for its architectural and cultural significance in downtown Seattle.
