The Main Choral Synagogue, located at 70 Baumana Street in Rostov-on-Don, Russia, is a historical site completed in 1868. Originally serving as a synagogue for the Orthodox Jewish community, it was nationalized in 1935 and transformed into a hospital, now functioning as a Skin and Venereal Diseases Dispensary. The building, designed by architect Sovitsky, reflects a rich history, having been a center for religious and educational activities, including a library and a Talmud-Torah School.
