Greece Memorial Hall

Greece Memorial Hall, also known as Greece Town Hall, was a historic building in Greece, New York, constructed in 1919 to honor the 288 local men who served in World War I, including thirteen who lost their lives. The hall featured a striking architectural design with a prominent portico and was expanded in 1936 and 1955. It was recognized for its historical significance by being listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1998, although it was unfortunately demolished the following year in 1999.
