BCP Tower

The BCP Tower, located in Casablanca Finance City, Morocco, is a striking 120-meter tall skyscraper completed in 2023. As the fifth tallest building in Morocco and the second tallest in Casablanca, it features a unique architectural design with two distinct façades: a double skin on the north side for ventilation and a sun-protective mesh on the south side. The tower is part of a larger podium structure and spans approximately 24,000 m2, adhering to international environmental standards with LEED certification. This modern landmark not only enhances the skyline of Casablanca but also represents innovative design and adaptability in urban architecture.
