Stein Mansion

Stein Mansion, located in Eleftherias Square, Thessaloniki, Greece, is a historic building constructed in 1906. Notably, it survived the Great Fire of Thessaloniki in 1917, making it a unique landmark in the area. Designed by architect Eli Ernst Levi for the Austrian retail brand 'Stein’s Oriental Stores Ltd', the mansion later served as the Hellenic Post Offices. Although it underwent architectural changes post-World War II that altered its original design, it remains an important piece of Thessaloniki's architectural heritage, attracting both tourists and researchers interested in the city's history.
