Old Post Office clock tower observation gallery

The Old Post Office Pavilion at 1100 Pennsylvania Avenue NW dates to the late 19th century and features a 315-foot clock tower. The tower contains an observation gallery operated by the National Park Service that provides views over the National Mall and surrounding downtown Washington. The Romanesque Revival building is a prominent surviving federal structure from that era and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
