Grovewood

Grovewood, also known as Weston House, is a historic home located near Congaree in Richland County, South Carolina. Originally built around 1765 as a one-story dwelling, it was relocated and expanded to two stories by 1835. The house features a frame structure with a stuccoed brick foundation, weatherboard siding, and a low hipped roof. A contributing frame kitchen is also present on the property. Grovewood was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1986, making it a notable site for tourists and researchers interested in early American architecture and history.
