Hotel Texas (Hilton Fort Worth)

The Hotel Texas, opened in 1921 and now operating as the Hilton Fort Worth, is a downtown historic hotel noted for its grand lobby and historic ballrooms. President John F. Kennedy attended a luncheon at the hotel on November 22, 1963, during his Texas visit before traveling to Dallas. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and continues to host civic events and conferences.
