One Circular Quay

One Circular Quay is an impressive residential skyscraper currently under construction in Sydney, Australia. Designed by renowned architect Kerry Hill, this 60-story tower will reach a height of 198 meters and is set to enhance the iconic Circular Quay waterfront. Construction began in 2022, with completion anticipated in 2026. The site was previously home to Gold Fields House, which was demolished to make way for this ambitious project, developed by Lendlease and Mitsubishi Estate.
