Winn Farm

Winn Farm is a historic farmhouse located at 57 Summer Street in Arlington, Massachusetts, built around 1820. It is the only surviving farmhouse from that era in northwestern Arlington and showcases typical Federal style architecture with five bays and a central entrance. The house reflects the area's history, as it was built in a part of town that remained largely undeveloped until the 20th century. Albert Winn, the likely builder, was involved in local civic affairs, serving in various town offices and as a state representative. Winn Farm was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1985, making it a significant site for both tourists and researchers interested in early American architecture and local history.
