Rosicrucian Egyptian Museum

Founded by the Rosicrucian Order (AMORC) in 1928, the Rosicrucian Egyptian Museum houses one of the largest collections of ancient Egyptian artifacts on public display in western North America. The complex includes an Egyptian-style museum building and adjacent planetarium, and its collection includes mummies, a reconstructed tomb, and thousands of artifacts used for education and research. The museum has been a long-established cultural and historic institution in San Jose's Rose Garden area.
