Dr. James Ferguson Office

The Dr. James Ferguson Office is a historic medical office building in Glens Falls, New York, built around 1870. This charming 1+1⁄2-story Second Empire-style structure features a distinctive slate mansard roof and a central dormer. Recognized for its historical significance, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984. After facing demolition in 2017, a dedicated restoration campaign successfully preserved the building, earning it the Excellence in Historic Preservation Award in 2020.
