Sinclair Centre

Sinclair Centre is an upscale shopping mall located in Downtown Vancouver, British Columbia, at 757 West Hastings Street. This unique complex consists of four historically significant buildings, including the Edwardian Baroque Post Office Building, which once served as the main post office from 1910 to 1958. The centre features a stunning atrium designed by renowned architects and showcases an impressive atrium clock, the largest clock movement in Western Canada. Visitors can explore elite boutiques and enjoy the architectural beauty of the surrounding buildings, which include the Winch Building, Customs Examining Warehouse, and Federal Building. The centre was renovated in 1986 and is named after James Sinclair, a notable political figure and the maternal grandfather of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
