Audrain Building

The Audrain Building, located at 222 Bellevue Avenue in Newport, Rhode Island, is a historic commercial structure notable for its Italian Renaissance architectural style. Built between 1902 and 1903 by architect Bruce Price, it features a striking red brick facade with colorful terra cotta trim and decorative elements inspired by the artist Luca della Robbia. The building is part of the Bellevue Avenue/Casino Historic District, recognized for its architectural significance.
