Fitzwilton House

Fitzwilton House was a notable brutalist office block in Dublin, completed in 1969 and demolished in 2018. It served as the Embassy of Australia and housed various businesses, featuring artworks by prominent Irish and British artists. The building replaced classical houses and was strategically located near the Grand Canal and Fitzwilliam Lawn Tennis Club. Its name combined references to the Fitzwilliam estate and nearby Wilton streets. In 2022, it was replaced by One Wilton Park, which now hosts offices for major companies like LinkedIn and is set to become the Global Headquarters for Stripe.
