Palace of Music

The Palace of Music, located in Bartók square, Miskolc, Hungary, is a stunning Neo-baroque building designed by Gyula Waelder and constructed between 1926 and 1927. It houses the Béla Bartók Secondary School and the Béla Bartók Music Institute, which plays a vital role in the city's cultural scene. The institute, originally named after violinist Jenő Hubay, moved into the building in 1927, coinciding with its 25th anniversary.
