Eye of Spring Trade Center

The Eye of Spring Trade Center, also known as Dongfeng Plaza, is an ambitious skyscraper complex in Kunming, Yunnan, China, featuring two towers that will reach heights of 407 meters and 326 meters upon completion. This development is part of the revitalization of Dongfeng Square, which involved significant urban transformation, including the demolition of the Historic Workers' Cultural Hall and the construction of underground metro stations. Although construction began in 2017, it faced delays but resumed in 2021, promising to become a landmark of modern architecture and a hub for hotels, offices, and retail once finished.
