Portland Building - Portlandia sculpture

Portlandia is a large copper repoussé sculpture by Raymond Kaskey mounted on the exterior of the Portland Building. Installed in 1985, the 34-foot figure is commonly described as the second-largest copper repoussé statue in the United States after the Statue of Liberty. The sculpture has become an iconic piece of public art associated with Portland's civic identity and is visible from the street in downtown Portland.
