Neiman Marcus Flagship (downtown)

Neiman Marcus was founded in Dallas in 1907 and its downtown flagship store at 1618 Main Street remains the company's original flagship retail location. The store has long served local shoppers and continues to operate as a major downtown retail anchor with multiple floors of luxury goods and in-store services. Its annual holiday displays and events have been part of downtown Dallas retail traditions. The flagship building is regularly cited in histories of Dallas commerce and retailing.
