Hitsville U.S.A. (Motown Museum)

Hitsville U.S.A. is the small house where Berry Gordy founded Motown Records in 1959 and ran the label's operations and A&R from a converted residential building. Studio A at this address was the site where numerous Motown hits were recorded by artists including the Supremes, Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder, and the Temptations. The building now operates as the Motown Museum, preserving the original office, recording studio, and artifacts from the label's early years.
