John A. Fenno House

The John A. Fenno House, located at 171 Lowell Avenue in Newton, Massachusetts, is a historic Gothic Revival style home built around 1854. Notable for its L-shaped design, steeply gabled roof, and unique diamond windows, the house was originally situated at Walnut Street and Madison Avenue before being relocated in 1885. It was constructed for John Fenno, who later became the ninth mayor of Newton. The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1986, making it a significant site for both tourists and researchers interested in local history and architecture.
