Joseph Sinnott Mansion

The Joseph Sinnott Mansion, also known as Rathalla, is a historic house located on the campus of Rosemont College in Pennsylvania. Built between 1889 and 1891 by whiskey distiller Joseph F. Sinnott, this Renaissance Revival/Châteauesque style mansion features 32 rooms, intricate stone carvings, and a stunning stained glass window showcasing the Sinnott family's coat of arms. The mansion has hosted notable guests, including Presidents John F. Kennedy and Joe Biden, and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980. Today, it serves as the Main Building of Rosemont College, blending historical significance with modern amenities after a recent renovation.
