Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum

The Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum commemorates the victims, survivors, rescuers, and all who were affected by the April 19, 1995 bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building. The outdoor memorial, including the Field of Empty Chairs and the Reflecting Pool, sits on the original Murrah Building site and was dedicated on April 19, 2000. The attached museum, which opened in 2001, documents the attack, its aftermath, and the recovery of Oklahoma City.
