Felix G. Hansford House

The Felix G. Hansford House, constructed in 1824, is the oldest building in Hansford, West Virginia. Once the residence of Felix G. Hansford, president of the Giles, Fayette and Kanawha Turnpike Company, this historic house is now listed on the National Register of Historic Places. After years of vacancy since the 1990s, the structure has faced deterioration, and efforts to locate its owner have been unsuccessful, making it a poignant symbol of local history and preservation challenges.
