Franklin W. Farrer House

The Franklin W. Farrer House, located in southeast Portland, Oregon, is a historic two-story American Craftsman dwelling built in 1914 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1989. This unique structure features cast stone as a building material and showcases elements of Prairie School architecture, including a low-pitched gable roof and strong horizontal lines. Originally a single-family home, it has been converted into two apartments. The house was owned by Franklin W. Farrer, a long-time postal worker in Portland, who lived there until his passing in 1961.
