Houston Art Car Parade - illuminated, decorated vehicles

The Houston Art Car Parade is an annual event that showcases dozens of artistically modified vehicles, many covered in elaborate lighting and LED displays. The parade draws large crowds along Allen Parkway and features entries ranging from small cars to large floats. The Art Car Museum (which supports and documents the art car movement in Houston) is a local repository for many of these vehicles and their creators.
