Casa Tenaud

Casa Tenaud, also known as Palacio Tenaud, was a significant early 20th-century building in Lima, Peru, located at the intersection of Grau Avenue and Paseo de la República. It served various diplomatic functions, including hosting the Legation of France, and was the headquarters for the Revolutionary Union political party. The building met its demise on December 7, 1945, when it was set ablaze during a violent confrontation between political factions. The site is now home to the Anglo-Peruvian building, which has also experienced multiple fires since its construction.
