Golden Threshold

The Golden Threshold, located in Hyderabad, India, is a historic building named after the first poetry collection of renowned poet and political leader Sarojini Naidu. Originally the residence of her father, Aghorenath Chattopadhyay, it served as a hub for progressive reformist ideas in areas such as women's empowerment and education during a time of significant social change in India. Currently an annexe of the University of Hyderabad, it houses the Sarojini Naidu School of Arts & Communication. Plans are underway to restore this heritage site and transform it into a museum-cum-cultural centre, making it a potential point of interest for tourists and researchers alike.
