Mission Trails Regional Park Visitor Center - Kumeyaay archaeological sites and interpretation

Mission Trails Regional Park includes numerous recorded Kumeyaay archaeological sites such as bedrock milling features, campsites, and trails documenting traditional lifeways in the river valleys and hills. The park's visitor center provides interpretive exhibits and information about Kumeyaay history, cultural practices, and the region's indigenous ecology.
