Lied Place Residences

Lied Place Residences is a striking 257-foot residential high-rise located in Downtown Lincoln, Nebraska, making it the second-tallest building in the city, just behind the Nebraska State Capitol. The project, which began construction in September 2019, transformed the site of a former Applebee's restaurant, which was demolished in 2019. Although initially set to open in early 2021, delays caused by the COVID-19 pandemic pushed the completion date to February 2022. The building not only adds to Lincoln's skyline but also represents a significant development in the city's urban landscape.
