Old Pine Street Church (1768 Georgian church with original box pews)

Old Pine Street Church, constructed in 1768 in the Georgian style, is a surviving colonial-era Episcopal church in Philadelphia’s Society Hill neighborhood. The interior preserves original features such as box pews and a high pulpit, and the adjacent burial ground contains 18th-century graves. The building is an intact example of urban religious architecture from the Revolutionary era and remains an active parish and historic site.
