The Ogden

The Ogden, originally known as Streamline Tower, is a striking 21-story luxury condominium tower located in downtown Las Vegas, Nevada. Opened in May 2008, it features 275 units and was developed on the site of the former Golden Inn motel. Despite its modern design and prime location, the tower faced challenges with sales due to economic downturns, leading to a federal lawsuit from buyers. The property was later renamed The Ogden in 2011 and underwent renovations under new ownership. Today, it stands as a notable part of Las Vegas's evolving skyline, offering both residential living and commercial space in a vibrant area known for entertainment and nightlife.
