Courtland Flats

The Courtland Flats, located on Court Street in Cincinnati, Ohio, is a historic apartment building constructed in 1902. It is notable for being the first Second Renaissance Revival apartment building in downtown Cincinnati, featuring a blend of architectural styles with elaborate window decorations and prominent pilasters. Originally owned by whiskey distiller Christopher Sandheger during Cincinnati's whiskey boom, the building reflects the city's rich history. In 1984, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places, highlighting its well-preserved architecture and significance.
