Odd Fellows Valley Lodge No. 189 Building

The Odd Fellows Valley Lodge No. 189 Building, located at 1900 Broadway Avenue in Bay City, Michigan, is a historic site listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 2010. Established in 1872, it served as a meeting place for the Odd Fellows and Daughters of Rebekah, with its own building constructed in 1898 and expanded in 1928. The building features a striking Classical Revival design with red, buff, and whitish brick walls, and a distinctive symmetrical facade. Although the lodge's membership declined, leading to its vacancy in 1979, the building has a rich history and architectural significance, making it an interesting stop for tourists and researchers alike.
