Mill Ends Park (world's smallest park)

Mill Ends Park is a tiny park in a traffic median in downtown Portland that is listed in the Guinness Book of Records as the world's smallest park. The park originated as a planting spot created by newspaper columnist Dick Fagan and later became an official city park. Its miniature size and whimsical decorations have made it a frequent subject of photographs and travel features about Portland.
