IC3 Convention Center

The IC3 Convention Center, located in Cebu City, Philippines, is a modern venue originally built for the 2016 International Eucharistic Congress. Owned by the Archdiocese of Cebu and managed by Regent Property International, this facility features a seating capacity of 10,000 and includes three convention halls, a function room, and various amenities suitable for large events, conferences, and religious activities. The center is designed with simplicity and functionality in mind, ensuring it serves the local community for various purposes beyond its initial use. Notably, it also adapted during the COVID-19 pandemic to serve as a quarantine facility. The center is part of the 23 Minore Park development, enhancing its accessibility and significance in the region.
