Magnolia Hotel (former Magnolia Petroleum Building)

The Magnolia Building, constructed in the 1920s as the headquarters of Magnolia Petroleum Company, is a restored downtown landmark now operating as the Magnolia Hotel Houston. Its conversion preserved the historic facade and many interior details while adapting the space for hospitality and commercial uses. The building is associated with Houston's early oil-industry growth and the redevelopment of downtown historic structures.
